Editing with the assistant

The assistant edits your site the way a careful colleague would: it changes exactly what you asked, shows you the change, and never charges for an attempt that didn't work.

How a request is handled

  1. You type a request (Ctrl / ⌘ + K). If a section is selected, the assistant works on that section; otherwise on the current page.
  2. It proposes a change as a patch against the site's structure — text, images, order, theme — and the preview updates.
  3. The change is validated against the site schema. If it's invalid or empty, nothing is applied and nothing is charged.
  4. You can undo (Ctrl / ⌘ + Z) or keep going. Every applied change is a version you can return to later.

Credits

"Redo the whole site" (site scope)5 credits
Request rejected, invalid or produced no change0
Manual editing, publishing, forms, analytics0

Credits reset monthly and depend on your plan (Free 20, Pro 300, Business 1500). When you run out, the assistant pauses until the 1st or until you upgrade; everything else keeps working.

What to ask for

  • Copy: "make this shorter and friendlier", "translate the About page to Spanish", "add a testimonial from Anna at Studio Nord".
  • Structure: "add a pricing section with three tiers", "move FAQ above contact", "remove the gallery".
  • Design: "use the Terracotta preset", "make the buttons rounder", "dark mode".
  • Content updates: "post an update: we're closed on 24 December".
Be specific about where and what. Select the section first when you can — it makes small edits cheaper and more accurate.

Limits

The assistant cannot add custom code, third-party scripts or new block types, and it only edits the site you're in. Requests run one (Free), two (Pro) or four (Business) at a time per workspace.
