Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free automatically. Sites are never taken offline or deleted: sites over the Free limit become read-only, the platform badge returns and custom domains are disabled until you upgrade again.

We degrade, we don't cut you off. Over the AI credit limit the assistant pauses until next month. Form submissions over quota are still stored and flagged “over quota” — you can read them once you upgrade. Over the CDN bandwidth quota your site is throttled (slower, not offline).

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated by our payment provider. Switching from monthly to yearly applies on your next billing date.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay in most countries. VAT / sales tax is calculated at checkout and a tax-compliant invoice is emailed to you after every payment.

Full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked. After a renewal, you can request a refund within 7 days if no AI credits were used in the new period. See the Refund Policy for details.
